Dragonfruit Rooting Sporatically

So this is a Cosmic Charlie that I’m growing and it keeps on doing this every time it’s new growth begins hardening. What do I do? Leave it?

They are some pretty mad aerial roots! I would probably leave them on there as they shouldn’t be detrimental to the plant itself and they should eventually attach to the post and grow down into the ground.
Just out of curiosity, did you use rooting hormone on it all?

No rooting hormone and no fertilizer either. The other vines of the same variety don’t have the same behavior.
