Title: Looking for Citrus Amblycarpa

I had a beautiful citrus amblycarpa that I grew from seed. It died last Winter and I didn't root cuttings. I am so sad about it. Anyone know where to get seeds or seedlings? I can't get them from Frankie's either ... it would cost more than my house.

Seeds okay Phil? Buy from an indonesian food online grocer :)
I also just bought some jeruk limo from an indonesian farmer at the weekend market on my end - Daley's does not seem to have the correct Citrus amblycarpa for sale.

Thanks for the heads up, Dimples. Very good sleuthing work. I'm usually pretty good at that kind of thing, but came up with nothing in my searches. Originally I got seeds from a man in Georgia. Beautiful little tree I had. Still sad about it.

Hello jeruk limo---citrus amblycarpa---avicionados.I am still looking [5 years now]for anybody who can help me with citrus amblycarpa seeds or plants.Also can anybody please explain why its so hard to get this citrus plant here in Florida.I use the leaves for my Indonesian cooking.I found this Indo Food company in California online last month and surprise surprise they were selling jeruk limo so I was able to order 4 jeruk limo for $ 20.-After arrival I planted the seeds right away but after 3 weeks I still did not see even the slightest sign of life so I suspect that this Indo Food store kept the jeruk limo in a frozen state which of course killed the seeds.So meanwhile I am still searching and any help will be most welcome,thank you,  Eric.

I grew from the seed but the tree have big torn. I'm not sure it'll bear fruits

Amblycarpa, produces very small sour fruit.   Your tree will flower and fruit when it finely  grows high enough to reach maturity.  Amblycarpa has a long juvenile period so it could take 6 to 10 years before it begins fruiting.  The big thorns are a sign that the tree is still in the juvenile stage.
