One of my friends im Florida told me that the Dept of Agri are cutting down all Lychee trees in Lee County, Florida due to Aceria Litchu (lychee erinose mite) & Florida is in quarantined?

This was due to a guy who brought plants from China which were infested with the said mites. First citrus, now litchis. I hope they are able to control this problem or else, in a few years it will reach California &all over the Mainland US.

We Californians wont be seeing lychee's anytime soon on the nurseries unless thee existing. :(

I would love to know if there are any soil microbiologists or anyone thats experienced on soil diseases here vs beneficial microbes.

I would like to know your take on brewing compost tea (beneficial microbes) that its enough to counter to any soil borne diseases?

What kind of bacteria will  ingest this bad bacteria or bad fungi vice-versa?

I have been told by Josh by boogie brew that if u want beneficial bacteria you brew (aact)it for 12-18 hours (base on his boogie brew plus ingredients) & if u want beneficial fungi u brew the the tea 18-36 hours... and this will depend on the temperature... if its hot weather,  the quicker the bacteria or fungi fluorish thus reducing the brew time.

Thank u all in advance..would love to see ur inputs on this.
