No, he only had that last one in his refrig, I guess I can go and ask him to let me try 1/4 of the fruit since we seem to be having a conflicting taste results.

Let me email the guy since I'm going over there tomorrow and see if he can save me a little piece to try or it will be another 12-18 months for the next round of ripe fruits from his tree.

What is the difference between the Four Season Red and Carmine?

Is it because Four Season Red has fruits all four season of the year?

I think the Sylvia guava I found is more similar to the Four Season than the Carmine. Can you tell me the weight of the largest Four Season fruits?

The largest Sylvia guava (if you saw my posts) is 243 grams, which is larger than any Carmine photos I have seen.

Not selling any more loquat or any other fruit cuttings, to much work, need to do my own things.

But no, the China Whiite is sweeter than Vista White.

Meiwa is the best by far.  It can be picked while still half ripe an have a sweet peel with a somewhat sour flesh.  You can leave it on the tree until orange for a sweet interior.  The Nagami, Fukushu, Nippon, and Indio need to stay on the plant till fully ripe to have a goo tasting peel.

Sorry, my question is not about fruit quality but about the quantity you could harvest from a tree.

Is this a dwarf tree? I have a Cochin (dwarf) from Lara Farms that's supposed to have smaller fruits as well.
