It looks like an Annonaceae, but can't ID the species! Maybe some type of rare Uvaria...

Opposite leaves --- NOT Annonaceae.

In all seriousness the leaves remind me of terminalia sp or perhaps in the anacardiaceae family.

It is some Tabernaemontana species. I saw similar in Nicaragua 16 y ago.

It maybe Tabernaemontana elegans, a species from Africa. Also called Toad tree!

It looks a hell of a lot like a Tabernaemontana.
