I'm afraid it is. The shriveled green trunk and droopy leaves spell doom IMHO.
Don't keep the soil moist. You will kill it from overwateting. Let the soil dry out and only water if the leaves start to droop. Hope this helps... You could also try and replant it in dry potting soil NOW. Good luck. Maybe someone else has a better idea...Lots of good info here.
Davethis looks more like you disturb the roots and replanted during Santa Ana's. 90F 7%humidity will suck the lives out of plants this time of year.
