That is how I open my coconuts now

I use the saw but I pushed with that box.

Seems a little excessive. A machete should do the trick.

I let my coconut fell from the palm. I care more about the meat than the water. At that time outside they look dry and brown. Although I have a sharp machete I am unable to open them. But maybe somebody else is able to do it

I climb so I often have an assortment of Cocos. I bought a husker that is designed in the style of tongs. Works great for all ages. Could easily be hand made if you have basic welding materials available.
