Interested in bunya pines airlaysrs

I would love to have a producing pair or male and female bunya pines and I have some seedlings I've planted but has anyone ever tried airlayering bunya pines ?

Before hurricane  charlie flatten them I had just two both had just started fruiting just shy of 10 years old they must of had perfect flower?,anyway i think they were to lush so they blew over like sail. The year before the first one fruited well and it tasted very good trees were beautiful.
