Hi, I think that these are the first photos of psidium robustum (not guyanense) flower buds on the net!

It flowers along with psidium cattleianum, so we now know how is its season. The fruit is very tasty, sweet and juicy, similar to p. cattleianum but bigger and with bigger seeds.

it seems rare to me that some flower buds (half of them) sprout directly from the trunk and not from a leaf axila. I dont remember if another psidiums do that thing...
