Pink coconut? I'm suspicious did they stick the stem into something to draw up unknown fluid? Now katee looks great kind like macapuno coconut. I grew some plants of macapuno coconut but did not come out full ,but thicker than normal by 20% and huge bunches trees make like thousnd lbs but they do have a great spot to grow down on a pond bank the crowns of the palms are also huge so not to good for small yards.

put a couple katee in a envelope mail to me         joking

I've found several of these. Very rare... Going back to a tree I did recently in about 6 months. I will get a photo from my friend. I didn't think the flavor of the water was anything special.

Have so many of these trees, they get tall and the nuts hold a lot of water. Taste the same as a regular nut just the water and fibers are pink. May cross one onto a dwarf if I get bored to see what I get in a few years time. Haha.
