what is it ?

Just found that tree yesterday with dozens of green fruits and superb white flowers. I don't know what it is and if it is ripe, edible ?
Here are a few pictures. Any ideas welcome.

I would suggest to cut a fruit if it is possible.  That way you might be able to see if it is ripe.  You can then post a photo of it for better identification.
