11/5 (7:30pm) Chris Rollins lecture @ BRFVC in Davie FL

Chris Rollins, the Director of the Fruit & Spice Park will be speaking to the Broward Rare Fruit Council, his  topic: "Tropical Vegetables".  These include Malanga, Cuban sweet potato, Yautia, Taro and many others that are grown in South Florida. After the meeting there will be a tasting table with fruits brought in by the members.  The public is welcome.

I went to the meeting. Chris Rollins is an excellent speaker and it was a very good and informative meeting. Anyone else went?
