Just tasted my first one -

-I'm not as adept as describing mangoes as the Connoisseurs on here ...

delicious- firm with a tiny amount of fiber - very sweet with a slight twang- that's my humble  take

Wester is an Edward x Pico cross. Its a sibling of the Duncan but a little sweeter, imo.

There's only a couple of the trees left in Florida. There is one at TREC but it might be a mis-label. It was originally known as Edward x Earle #15 (Earle being another variation of 'Pico')

Once again, interesting that such great varieties aren't available...
