If I graft a fantastic avocado cutting to a Hass avocado seedling

I have a few Hass avocado trees in pots grown from seed. If I take a cutting from my fantastic avocado tree and graft it to the Hass what characteristics will I get.

The tree will be a clone of Fantastic. The rootstock can influence the vigor
