How Much Damage Has Citrus Greening Done In Florida?

HLB (citrus greening disease) has spread so far among Florida’s commercial citrus groves, that Florida citrus growers have lost more citrus trees than the total number of citrus trees planted in all of groves of California. - Millet.

I wonder how they deal with it in China.
My wife complains the oranges here are not juicy and not sweet like the ones there. And they have the disease over there.
Is it the pesticides/fertilizer/hormones/diversity they have there?
