I'm cutting down a big avocado tree which in the corner between my wall and house - it was just too big and shading out too much. Any suggestions for the replacement; should be a fruit-tree with a light shade 5-7m tall - monoecious.?

Come on, it's not a trick question. No one has a suggestion?

1. Achacha. Well known for light and deep shade tolerance. Can keep under 7 meters.

2. Chempedak. You have to top it at 3-4 feet, some pruning work, than you will get nice 7 meter bush. I've seen them fruiting well in light and deep shade, even though it's contrary to common knowledge.  7 meter tree should look like this:

3. Cupuassu. No problem with light shade. Supposedly they do grow bigger than 7 meters, but this producing tree I saw appears to be topped. It is below 5 meters, and will not grow taller it seems.

Durianlover; pardon my English - I meant to say a fruit tree which only cast a light shade. I got a Chempedak in the ground nearby and are yet to top it.

Mohammed - got a puple variety of Guava growing on my compound already - Myrciaria coronata can get big, and I need something which is low-maintenance; but perhaps another Myrciaria spp. Not a bad idea.

Strawberry tree (Muntingia) will grow around 7m tall and will cast light shade.

Sheehan - I feel the shade is deep and it litters a lot; the height is perfect however.

Heh, at the very least, it looks like one of my Cheenas will be flowering every year, now.

The idea that a Chempedak can be kept small and productive makes me feel greedy about my own prospects.

@jez251, those trees you posted could be used in espalier and be dwarfed.
