Carlos,

I'm so happy to see you're selling avocado scions!

The only thing that makes me sad, is I don't have any rootsocks now!!

I wonder if you could sell some small one gall rootstocks?  You could bare root them and prune them back, and probably fit 5-10 in a small box....they could be potted up and grafted upon arrival at their destination.

Just an idea...from a desperate grafter...LOL

I hope you I can get some scions from you later this year...I should have some rootstocks big enough by then.

Good luck with your scion sales.  You are helping to disperse and protect all of these varieties of avocado!

Thanks for your kind words, as I enlarge my collection, more trees will be available next year. I don't have any root stocks now. I just got 6 Waldin from a friend. Just in case I need them. I have been so busy this year with canopy change that I did not plant any seeds. I'm top working a Waldin tree so I can have my own seeds in the future..

Would love to but I need to respect California's regulations. I don't blame them that have to protect a mayor industry. Some times they make it impossible.  I have been trying to find out.

I think I got the process to do it legally. The shipment need a phytosanitary certificate.  $25.00 plus mileage of the inspector. The certificate is attached to the box and the box properly labeled.  There are a few more details that I need to get but it is possible. I'm not sure the time involved in the process of the inspection or waiting for it.
