Saba senegalensis seeds - germination help!

I just received some seeds of saba senegalensis.  Is there any specific procedure to germinate them or simple sow in the pot?  Thank you.

Are we talking about his copyrighted Italian shit meatball here ?  Living in a concrete jungle, I wouldn't be able to access any kind of shit except human.  So, can I simply soak the seeds for a couple of days changing the water twice or thrice daily?  That's what I do with baobab seeds and I get a good germination ratio by soaking for at least a week or till the seeds become visibly bloated.

The seeds were posted on the 30th of last month and I received them yesterday, 9th.  The seeds were dried up.
 Right now, they are in a bowl being soaked.  Is it just the outer skin that has peeled off to look like a sprout or has this seed actually sprouted and then dried up?

It should work the same way you plant baobab.  Usually, these grow wild and naturally in the forest.

Update

I soaked these seeds for about 5 days changing the water twice daily.  Then on the 14th, I sowed them all.  So far, only one has sprouted and it has been in this position for 2 days now. 



Feel like assisting it to remove the seed coat still stuck, but afraid I might damage the seedling.

Initially, this pot was under a neem tree.  Could someone please confirm that this is not a neem seedling.

Pretreatment was correct, probably most has died due to drying out. They are fast growers, make sure the medium is not "wet" and you will be fine. Takes shade in the beginning.

Thanks for the input, Søren.  Unfortunately, the seedling was that of a neem as I suspected.  How long should I wait before giving up on the seeds in the pot?

They shouldn't take long to germinate, but will hesitate to give you a time interval.

I have been religiously watering them every day when the top soil becomes dry.  More than a month now.  Think it's time to give up on these

Got some fresh seeds today.  Hope these germinate.
