buying plants on ebay = caveat emptor.

You know the saying if it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck...

Oh I know, also im not crazy, I wouldnt pay $88 dollars for two seeds even if the tree cured cancer. Cheap seeds I'll take the risk, but not at those prices.

All the wild durian seeds I collected on Borneo trips sprout very fast. By day 10 sprouts are so big that basically they become unmailable. And this guy keeps them in his Singapore apartment for countless months. Yeah right!
You can take one hour flight from Singapore to Borneo for about $80 return with promotion from budget airline and collect some unrelated seeds (or don't even bother to do that in his case!). Its quite hard to distinguish seeds of jungle durian species, since they are so similar. You can pass them as anything
You guys bought stuff from him, I don't understand why are you not trying to shut him down. Its much easier to complain to ebay since you have been his customers. We talked about this here: http://tropicalfruitforum.com/index.php?topic=4363.msg60307#msg60307
I think artocarpus hirsutus is his Achilles heel. He took pictures from wikipedia: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Artocarpus_hirsutus_fruit_open.jpg and from non profit blog: http://keralaflora.blogspot.com/2012/05/anjiliartocarpus-hirsutus.html. Had audacity to put his own watermark. Added unrelated breadnut pics. Claims species from Borneo, when grown only in S. India. If there is anyone on ebay fraud department with half of the brain, they should be able to see it and close the account.
