Mango Salsa Recipe

This mango salsa recipe is super easy. Combine 3 mangos, 2 bell peppers, 1 tomato, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper.

Certainly. The vinegar adds a little bite to the salsa but isn't required. The great thing about making your on salsa is you get to experiment!
