Will definitely be there if I'm in town. Probably have jujube, surinam cherry and yellow strawberry cherry. Rat cleaned out my longan...

Sure, any day is fine for me. My pineapples are starting to color up so I might be able to bring one of those.

Camping the 25-27th. Might also be doing something the couple days before or after. Thanksgiving :)

Shane, the government says thanksgiving is cancelled and to use zoom instead.

Ill plan for the week before or maybe week after thanksgiving.  Saturday morning 10am.  Will have to just see which day works better for people and see if the fruit is ready for the earlier date or not.  It looks like at least the earlier types are going to be ready within a few weeks.

Mike, be grateful you aren't able to make it.  Would hate to burst your atemoya bubble with these cherimoyas.   :P

::) Its is true I have never had a good one and was curious. I have only had Fino de jete in recent times and know better tasting less seedy ones out there as people speak very highly of them. With all the varieties here they get so little attention and are rarely sold and not exported.

Found these cherimoyas laying on the ground today.  So it seems like they are about ready.  Lets shoot for November 21st 10AM

See you then!

Maybe I’ll bring some retaining wall blocks if my back is up for it.

Brad,

Would have loved to join but I am out
Camping that weekend.
On a side note, I have a cherimoya fruit
on a Pierce graft that looks exactly like your photo.
Are your fruits Pierce variety?

Thanks,
FruitFool

I think these ones are honeyharts but they may have been piece.  They both have the really smooth skins.

Mike, had only eaten bad cherimoyas until I tried one from Brad's orchard. Complex and very satisfying. Instant believer.

Should be a great tasting and time together. One of these days...

We tried one of the fruit today, they are fully ripe.  Surprisingly early.  I think they were pollinated in June or July.

Tastes so good.

Anyone who doesn't know how to get here just send me a message and I'll send the address.

Nice Mark, come on down.  Ill post the address when it gets closer.

Ive got a lot of stuff coming un for the party.  Mangos, longans, persimmon, pomegranite, cherimoya, guava, bananas, mandarins.

We always serve toast, eggs, and bacon as well just so people aren't too fruited out.  So don't eat breakfast.
