White jabo
« on: August 16, 2020, 08:15:21 PM »
I have a white jabo grafted on Sabara root stock. It is producing fruit and
in a 25 gallon pot. I have it set up where it gets 4-5 hours of direct morning sun.
I was thinking about putting it in the ground in full sun basically. Does
anyone have a white in full sun?

Set it in full sun gradually, adding an extra hour every day or every other day and see if it likes it. After a month or two you will know if it is happy, that it's the right spot to plant it in ground ...
I just found my avocado's sun limit this week. Good thing I made the rounds this afternoon

Flying Fox Fruits has them in shade and in full sun. I agree with Dirt Diva about finding the right spot, but they can take full sun once they are large and established.
