My wife makes a great coquito around the holidays.  We use Don Q rum and it gives it a great kick. We have a bottle of it in the fridge right now! Yes it's MUCH better than eggnog

I used to have 8 coconut palms.  They produced enough coconuts for the entire city of Fort Myers.  I cut 5 of them down to use the space for other fruit trees.  Now, I still have 2 dwarf green and 1 dwarf yellow.  That's plenty of coconuts still.  They produce a lot.  Some people here in the US get confused with coconut water and coconut milk.  The water is a clear liquid from a young unripe nut.  The milk is extracted from the white meat of a ripe nut.  I hope I am not offending any of you with this comment!
