moving and blocking

Millet,
I do not understand why you are blocking some posts or moving them elsewhere?
What is an idea behind moving a report on this year hardy citrus survival to the main Tropical Fruit Form?

Ilya11, I gone through this with SoCalToWarm yesterday.  I did not move any post.   As moderator of the citrus forum I do not have the capability of moving a post from the citrus forum to another forum such as the Tropical fruit forum.  I have no idea how it was moved.  I also do not have the capability to move it back from the Tropical fruit forum  back into the citrus forum.  I  can only moderate within the citrus forum.  I will ask a administrator to move it back into this forum.

Illya11 I know what you mean about blocked post.   Every now and then when I sign on to the forum, I find a locked thread.  How and why it becomes blocked I don't know.  I unblock it as soon as I see it.  It must have something to do with a malfunction with  computer program of this site.

I contacted the forum administrator and ask him to move the post in question back into the Cold hard forum.

The administrator has moved the post back.  Everything should be OK now.
