Yup, Coastal areas by Sarasota all the way up to St Petersburg even by Clearwater have Cocos. Not inland. On the East Merrit Island is about as far North. Nothing in Central INLAND Fl.

Driving on US27 (North of SR 70) before reaching Lake Placid, there is a Inn near a small lake with 7-8 40-50ft tall coconut palms. 10-12ft Coconut palms can also be see scattered in the Lake Placid Area. I have yet to see one in Sebring.
