Today's Haul
« on: July 09, 2012, 05:24:51 PM »
Picked a bunch of Kent mangos, 1 Florigon and 1 Carrie (given to us) at my dad's house  and then stopped by the Ensey grove on Merritt Island for the rest in the picture. They look like jellybeans. The pen is for scale.

They're like the Varmint-Cong...

Mighty early for a Kent.  That green VP looks like it may have been plucked a little early also.

We have ripe Kents literally falling off of our tree. We also pick them every July into August. It is a mid-season mango here.

Dan,

Glad you made it by and that Angie fixed you up with a Tyler and a AppleCarrie. I tried that other mango out last night I was telling you about, the Tommy/Haden. Its no tommy and no Haden, I would say a Golden Lippens/Kiett mango, and would give it a 7or8 on the scale.

Looking forward to trying the Graham,

Thanks, Joe.
