Do H. edulis cuttings root?

Just curious, but can you root cuttings of Hexachlamys edulis or Rose Apple with any success.  Going to be traveling and just wondering if it' worth taking cuttings.

Hexaclamis edulis, they will form trees from cuttings?
One of the worst fruit flavor that I cultivate.
