What is wrong with my white sapote's leaves?

I was guessing chlorosis, so add iron supplement? It doesn't seem to be affecting all of the leaves evenly, just some

That's a small pot for that big of tree?
Maybe too much water? Can you put it in the ground or a bigger pot?
