There are so many garcinias but the narrow leaf looks more like the types we are calling achacharu.

this looks more like one of the species from India/Asia, not from south america like achachairu (Garcinia sp.)

remind me of the one I got from Roy-Ind, G. paniculata.

I finally found out the Id of above Garcinia. It is Garcinia nigrolineata/ 'wild beaked kandis'!!

That's a beautiful tree with the red on the new new growth.  You'll have to keep us posted when it finally flowers.   Is this one also dioecious?  (do you have more than one?)

Apresser, the first one looks like G.celebica/seashore mangosteen. Second one can't say, will have to wait until it is bigger.
