I love the pictures! Thanks for sharing them!
BTW...there are many varieties of cambuca..I wonder what type you have? I have heard there is a white barked type, and a red bark type.....and I'm sure there are a few more. The tree in the picture seems to have a white colored bark.
Is there a way to get pictures of the leaves up close?
Thank you Asaffron
Yes, have a type white bark an a type red bark, but , I think isn't different types, I think the age of the tree , influenced in the color of the bark, I will try to explain ( my english is not good)
- I saw a tree , more than 200 years old, in the wild , I have pictures (bellow), the first thing caught my attention was the color of the bark, because is very red (in the picture not right to see), BUT, all seedling bellow the tree, the bark is white, seedling about 1,5 meters tall, sure, the seedling is son of the tree red bark, then I think the different color of the bark is determinated by the age of the tree,
Other reason I think is the same type (white and red bark) , is the fruit, is exactly the same, taste, color, size, etc..
about your question about the pictures of the leaves up close, yes, I can get this pictures this week
