Looking to do a 3-way... trade, that is!
« on: November 03, 2012, 07:44:54 PM »
Another forum member is looking for a sour orange tree, of which i have one, and is willing to trade a jackfruit or a lemondrop mangosteen for it, but I'm not a jackfruit lover and I already have a lemondrop.

So, if someone is interested in one of the above and has something to trade, please let me know.

Thanks,
Jaime

;D. When I read the title I wasn't sure what I would find in here. Sorry, but either way I can't help you.  ;D

It was meant to pique interest!

Too bad there haven't been many takers.  :-\

Yeah, only swappers, not givers!

But what if I sweeten the pot a little?

What if I also offer a seedling mammea americana, or a dwarf pomegranate?

You mean all batters and no catchers...  :o ??? :P

I think the problem here is trying to pawn a seedling citrus tree in Florida...

I think some people misunderstood the proposition.

Another forum member, Seadation, wants to trade a lemondrop mangosteen or Jakfruit seedling for my sour orange seedling tree. But I already have both a lemondrop and a jakfruit.

So... My proposition was if anyone else had something to trade for that lemondrop mangosteen or jakfruit.

Here's who would get what:

Seadation would get: My sour orange tree
3rd person would get: Lemondrop Mangosteen or Jakfruit
I would get what 3rd person had to trade

Jaime

I'll take the yellow grumichama...

Let me know how to work it out. Seadation would need to come get the sour orange as it is a bit large for my SUV. Do you plan on coming down to Miami any time soon? I think you are in Port St. Lucie, right?

thanks,
Jaime

Jaime thanks again! Your sour orange tree is beautiful. I enjoyed your hospitality and the tour of your yard. You have a ton of rare and interesting tropical fruit trees. Thank you also for the mamey Americana. You have to come over one day for a tour of my yard your only like 15-20 min away.
Thanks,
Ron

Ron, it was a pleasure having you and your dad over. It's always nice to give a tour to other like-minded people interested in tropical fruit trees. I'm glad you liked the tree and I hope if fruits for you soon!

Take care,
Jaime
