Adam,

Really nice, how tall is your tree?
Grow mainly fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

Adam,

Really nice, how tall is your tree?
Thanks boss!
Maybe 3ft
I had 4, one was a runt less than 6 inch tall after 3yr and it recently died...but the other 2 are looking good about 2ft tall.

This is a really exciting thread - congrats on the flowering!

I would love to try growing this myself.
One worry I have though is that it is not ultra tropical, so I wonder if it is a species that actually needs cold to bear fruit...? My area is not good for example for Cherimoya and some others apparently.

This is very exciting. Amazing that a Garcinia seedling would flower that small. I'm still trying to acquire one of these so if anyone has one that they are willing to part with please contact me and I'll give you more money than it is worth. 😄👍

look like flowers on one of the G. sopsopia/paniculata after 3yr...

notice the 3 spherical objects at the tips of the branches (I was expecting flowers to emerge from the caulis like G. intermedia)

Very nice Adam; hope it does turn out to be a flower.

Here's my current collection:

first flower opening today, hard to photograph, but from the looks of it, I suppose a male flower?

Is this a forum first? (or internet first?  I couldn't find pics of the flowers when I searched...but maybe I missed them?)

Congratulations Adam
This is July,2017
Did you see fruit?
I have not seen flower in reality.
My collector confirmed me the fruit is 90% sweet.
Thank you
