Mango pest problem

Can anybody please help me with identification of this pest or disease? Something is cutting these tender young leaves and then the leaves are falling down. Greatly appreciate any help with identification of this disease/pest with control measures. Pics below.

No sign of consumption on any leaves, so must be a gigantic pest walks on two legs.
