Identifying Suckers and Pruning to be done

I am having some difficulty identifying suckers to prune.  I have watched several videos and articles but I can’t seem the 100 percent find my graph spots.  The first 3 pictures are if my lime tree and it has quite a bit of growth at the base.  I’m not sure what to trim and what not to.  It is not blooming but growing rapidly.

The next set of pictures is of my lemon tree which has been doing great since help here.  Should I trim that lower limb?


I don’t want to make any other mistakes and want to encourage some fruit

I do not find it a big need to prune lime trees. I like their bushy growth habit & trimming/pruning just delays maturity/fruiting. If I did anything to the lime it would be to snip the bottom shoots (near the dirt) and let it do its thing.

I believe lemons and limes are often grown from rooted cuttings, there might not be a separate rootstock

Looking at the pictures, your trees look quite healthy.  I do not think that any of the growth are suckers.  If they were my trees I would not prune anything, certainly not at this time.
