How about this one, a Cherimoya flower (MacPherson) with pinkish stigma? However, the fruitlet turns out to be of normal green color.

Hi Adam, the scleroderma flowers all along the branch, from tip all the way to the trunk:

Thanks Oscar it give me great hope my 20 feet tree should be popping flowers like your soon, its a three year old seedlings & I have three trees from three area of central America.  Adam they do look similar to sugar apple.  I grew the trees next to my Whitman fiberless thinking that Posthe's leaves look close to soursop that I maybe I can hybridized, but Oscar flowers show closed to sugar apple so I will try that hybridize A. Squamosa Green Diamond x A. scleroderma & see if that catch.
So far chalcid wasp have been non existing for me in S. Florida, squirrels are my number one issues with Annonas in general.   8)

Oscar,

nice photos...I think the tree at fruit and spice was not as happy....it's flowers were less numerous, and not as close to the branch tips.

I should have said, I was surprised by how much it flowers on the older portions of the tree

I love the way the flowers smell..sweet wet paint!!!

Years ago I bought seeds marked as annona scleroderma /I think, from tradewindsfruit/ this year the tree finally has flowers, but it looks like it has no longitudinal prominence petals typical for annona scleroderma, but flowers look like those of annona reticulata.
