Title: Too hoti
Post by: Bomand on June 06, 2019, 02:02:36 PM
It has been 95 and 96 degrees all day for about two weeks...too hot. Weather man predicts 60 degree lows and 78-80 highs for the next 11 days....I grafted this morning.

I guess that I am guilty of grafting all year. There is budwood available four times (after flushes) during spring I bud, summer I cleft. Fall I bud and chip....force them in Spring

58 °F here in Olympia, WA, 11:30 middle of the day

It's because of cool winds blowing in from the cold Pacific Ocean, which is flowing down from Alaska.

But it reached a hot 78 a few days ago.
