I ordered a Luc's Garcinia from Mr. Shafron and I got to tell you it was a great experience! I am not used to having plants shipped but Adam made it an easy and great transaction. He answered all my stupid questions and made sure the plant arrvived safely. I hope Flyingfoxfruits nursery stays around for a long time to come.Alex

I Had been waiting on the Tori and Aiden the last few months based off your description and presumed availability. Do you have these grafted for future availability or is it a go climb mother tree for scion thing?
Quote from: davidgarcia899 on May 24, 2014, 11:43:47 AMlimoncillo is luc's?yes...the accepted botanical name around here is G. vleerackerii I just checked on my last seedling for sale...it's slightly smaller than I remember...so the price is actually $40.if you are serious about fruiting this garcinia before the next guy, this is the last chance to get a plant that was sprouted 2-3 winters ago....it would be a nice headstart, because these grow slow!
I've just gotta say that my experience with Flying Fox Fruit's Nursery has been outstanding. I did a trade with Adam for 15 Pitangatuba seeds and instead I got 27 Pitangatuba seeds!I am happy to say I am now a proud owner of Pitangatuba, one has already sprouted a stem, and all the rest have vigorous roots.
Another great experience at Flying Fox Nursery. I'm the proud owner of a three year old Luc's Garcinia. Thanks Adam!

Thanks Adam!thank you Val!!the peaches you gave me were some of the best I've tasted! I wonder what type they were?good luck with your new Garcinia! It looked like it was ready to put on some new leaves...they only seem to flush about 3-4 times a year at the most...so it's kind of exciting for me, when I see new leaves emerging.

There might have been a tropic snow in the batch. I really slacked on the thinning this year.
Quick question about budwood. Can any annona be grafted on each other? I have cherimoya only to use as a rootstock.
