Appears illegal (in contrast to opium poppies) and also extremely difficult to actually grow except Hawaii and PR.

I guess the seller has a point if seeds contain no alkaloids, so legal to have seeds but not to grow them?

I just got my seeds from that seller today. Sent them inside the red berries, pretty cool and nicely packed. Gonna try and germinate them today.

It is my understanding that the seeds are legal for ID purposes but cannot be actually grown. I've know people to successfully grow these indoors in the North but also have known them to grow exceptionally well from central FL downward outdoors with minor protection during freezes. There is a guy in Indonesia called "Dbotany" that sells E. novo seeds and T. iboga var. longpod seeds. There was a guy in Peru or Ecuador under the company name of "kiwibotanica" or something similar that used to sell E. coca amongst many other entheogen class species. Furthermore there is another guy selling true legitimate D. cabrerana and his name is Wouter but cannot remember his company name. There is some people in FL with that plant too if you can hunt them down or coax them to reveal they have it. Hope that helps some of you!
Trying to grow it all!
