Without thinking twice... White Zapote is the best, from somebody who has eaten all kind of Chicozapotes, all kind of Black Zapotes, and yeah almost all kind of mamey Zapote, the best tasting of those cant simply compare with the best White Zapote, too bad it spoils real fast, but the creamy very sweet white flesh that melts in your mouth is something out of this world, it is not the overwhelming sweet of mamey zapote that almost get ya sick, or the watery sweet of chico zapote that is a joy but it lacks the creamy and delicate taste.
