Mango pruning question

I have some young trees in the ground less than a year that I am planning on tip pruning "to make their canopies dense"
They are now starting to put out mixed blooms. If I prune a few inches below the mixed panicle will they try to rebloom or flush vegetative growth? Thanks

Most advise to let bloom happen then prune off panicles.

Hello everyone, 

Apparently my father in law never bother to tip my young Valencia Pride and now it is flushing flowers. What should I do? Let it flower first and then tip it later?

I waited until it set pea size fruit. Then stripped the whole panicle leaving panicle intact. The panicle dried up and fell off. Now flushing vegetative growth.
