What we have at HD or Lowe's are Mexican guavas. I got one but I don't think it's Mexican Cream though.

good suggestions, but not effective

here in north florida, lowes and home depot don't carry guavas.  and excalibur doesn't ship.  i guess i could just drop by their location, but 800 miles worth of gas (round trip) isn't in the plant acquisition budget this week.

I wanted one for quite awhile, my last trip to Excalibur resulted in a come back in a couple of months.  Verify before you go, and hook me up if get you one.

i like guavas, but an 800 mile trip just ain't gonna happen.  i haven't been in lake worth since the '70s.  going to south florida breaks my heart.  i remember what it was like before the crowding.  i grew up there in the '40s through the '60s.  the contrast between what it used to be and what it has become, is painful.

I moved to  Florida when much of the east coast and central Florida were one area code... 305. I feel the same way but, it's home and I can't change it or grow the cool stuff I want in the I-10 corridor so  stay.
