Instead of pulling up all my yacon plants, planting the rhizomes and harvesting all the tubers, I'm now just harvesting tubers on demand and leaving the plants to grow more.  Seems much more time efficient that way.

I harvested this big guy that was coming up from the ground, today.

Yellow potato onions are multiplier onions.  Each bulb divides into more bulbs.  Tastes just like common yellow onions.   Stores for a long time

I have a few PKM2 Moringa seedlings available.

PKM2 is a cultivated variety which flowers early, producing pods.  It also has more lateral branching, making harvesting less difficult

Easy to grow, prefers full sun
Can eat raw, hence the name "earth apple", or cooked
Can also be rendered to make yacon syrup.
