The picture isn't very good but the foliage looks like Ice Cream.

You got a good eye Alex. There are a some trees in the way but that is in fact is what we call ice cream mango.
It's real name is Nazuk Badan mango not from Trinidad Tobago but from Malihabad India. Created by the Master Haji Kalimullah Khan of Abdullah Nursery.

The pic of the Nazuk Badan is from Malihabad. How it got to Trinadad and Togaba is left to speculation and the fact is Mr. Khan is the creator of this variety.

It's Tobago  :P :D. Ice Cream is certainly compact but by no mean (imho) dwarf. I got some pics of a 40+ft tall Ice Cream mango tree from Trinidad. When I first saw the leaves I immediately knew it and asked. Owner said he got lots of mangoes from it that past season.

No where to plant it ...but at least I got it. ;)

Nazuk Badan is a dwarf. Ice Cream is Nazuk Badan  from Malihabad not from Trinidad or Tobago just like Arka Sahan know in Florida as Dream Cherimoya .
