It has been a strange year for them here too. the Champagne set a crop of smaller seedless fruit in autumn, as did the Nagasakiwase. The Champagne then set another small crop of seedless fruit. The Nagasaki wase has already had its full crop before we've hit the middle of winter. The Mizuho has given up one crop and is now setting another, that should be ripe about mid spring. I've not had them produce these nubbin style crops before or have their main crop so early. I think its down to the extra wet weve had this year/last 2 years.
