Rotten Angie Mango Seeds?

Hi everyone!

This is my first time here. I bought an Angie Mango tree about 2 years ago and this year it bore fruit. The mangoes were tiny, still green but already ripe! The meat of the mango was bright yellow-orange in color and taste was sweet-sour, all that is great. My issue is when I was cutting up my 2 baby mangoes for salsa, the seeds were rotten!

Has anyone had this experience? any idea what I need to fix/change?
I failed to take pictures, but the tip of the seed is what was rotten, not the whole thing.
