Osmocote plus AND DYNA-GRO?

Just repotted our mango trees in some fresh mix and root pruning pots. I did add Osmocote plus to the potting mix at a rate of 1 scoop per 2 gallons mix.
Will the Osmocote alone be sufficient or should we also feed with something like DYNA-GRO?
