Do you cover scions wrapped with buddy tape, as in plastic bag and or paper bag?

I exclusively use buddy tape for wrapping scions and even tying the scion to union, if scion is thick then I use nursery tape to tie the union. 99% of my grafts do not involve any rubberband or nursery take as I dont graft scions that are thicker than 3/8". Never used plastic or paper bag as in CA we have very low humidity. Buddy tape seals in the moisture, even if the branch that you grafted onto dies your scion stays green for a while. I have successfully rescued failed grafts where scion was still green and moved it to another location and it took.
