Kumar, how fast is this tree growing, and how many years to fruit?  Average harvest from mature trees? Anyone in Kerala successfully topped off this tree and keeping it small size, or everybody just lets it grow to a giant size?

Hello Durian lover ... Wild jack is very fast growing tree need 4/5 years to produce  fruit . In kerala it grow for its wood used  for furniture.
