Plant like that and take a few leaves off so that the roots wont have to feed too manny leaves.
Its a verry tough plant.
At first you could keep them in shade with maybe 1 hour of sun until it grows more roots.
I kept mein in full shade, indirect light behing the house and its 15 years old now.
Drought resistant also as i didnt watered my monstera until recently ,was inside greenhouse and was 6 month since she had seen no water.
Off course mein has no leaves now but it will grow again and i watered her last week.
Mein had seen -4 C in the pot inside the greenhouse but for short perriods of time and water didnt frozen and survived well just the leaves fall.

They need shade, shade. Not full sun!

Ok! but will they fruit successfully in shade? Not ever 1-2 hours full sun per day?
