dogs dug up my Jack fruit seedling.

So my dogs dug up my Jack fruit seedling this morning and I wanted to know if it'll be ok.

I assume it has been replanted?  Keep it moist.  What do the leaves look like?

The dog should be ok  ;D I don't think it will harm him/her too much.. For the plant, it seems to still have plenty of roots, so it should be ok.. just replant it again  :)

Yes it has been replanted.one of the leaves are yellow but the rest are fine.except it was on the ground over night and the leaves took the shape of the ground and it looks like everything is flat.I'm not in a place to take a picture but maybe in a couple of hours I'll be able to post a picture

I have bad news the leaves already started to dry up.when I got home most of them were drying up

Is it possible to nurse this back to health

Still possible, but keep moist....as in very moist.  It may drop all of the existing leaves.  That would not be a bad thing, actually.  Then the stem will leaf out again and the plant will survive.  If the leaves dry and do not drop on their own, plan a funeral for the poor thing.

Approximately how long was that taproot? Plants with taproots do better than others in drought.
